Meeting was called to order by President Ed Back at 7:37.

Van moved and Rich seconded a motion to accept the minutes of the August meeting.

Approved without objection.

Ed Back reported that the property has been sold netting $8693.81 bringing our bank balance to $10,792.76. He also reported that, in spite of the rain, the club picnic was a success and thanked Rich for being the chef and all those who brought good food.

The road clean up is set for Saturday the 8 th at 10 am. We will meet at Skilak road, mile 75.3

The MS bike ride on the Seward Highway is on Saturday and Sunday. The Anchorage ARC is providing communications and still needs help. The start will be at mile 63. Show up to help if you can.

Chuck Kuhlmann reported he needs specific recommendations for the communications trailer project. He asked club members to sign up to work on the project.

Ed reported that it is time to start thinking about the Christmas Party. Start thinking.

John Siceloff reported on the club web site design. He needs membership list, pictures of members and e-mail addresses, links to personal sites, and any links possible. Blurbs about activities and events. Send information to Kansaswater@yahoo.com .

John Siceloff moved and Wil Darsey seconded a motion to appropriate $140 to secure the domain name and $10 for thank you to web designer. Passed without objection.

Wil Darsey moved and Barb Darsey seconded a motion to adjourn. Passed without objection.

After the business meeting Les Buchholz presented a program on common mode noise problems.
